Operations Excellence Specialist

A key position in our organization, we are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist to drive improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented individual to transform data into actionable insights. If you enjoy analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Track production workflows, manage calendars, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Artwork Review: Review production artworks and manage approvals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate shipping documents.
  • Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in retail/manufacturing is essential.
  • Analysis: 5 years' experience in operations analysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong Excel & data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability: Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work across multiple time zones.
