Head of Fund Raising Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fund raising efforts in India.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in real estate fund managers, financial institutions, or related fields.

Must-have skills include capital raising, investor relations, market research, and proposal development.

A Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is required.

Solid understanding of real estate investment principles and strong analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Masters/Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Business Administration/Economics
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
