Job Title: Growth Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

  • Establish and optimize user acquisition campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Build, track, and optimize growth strategies.
  • Develop performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new campaigns and optimize existing ones on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Upload new creative content to the library.
  • Develop and implement analytics and tracking systems.
  • Direct and participate in implementation tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in mobile games.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own initiatives.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking technologies and UA KPIs.
  • Exposure to tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
  • Ability to optimize budgets and analyze attribution data.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with UA techniques and strategies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
