Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

A seasoned Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist is required to drive the execution of CSR initiatives for a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of NGOs to be funded through CSR and conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor progress of projects undertaken internally and with NGOs, ensuring documentation and reports are complete and compliant.
  • Develop plans and proposals for co-creating projects that align with Philanthropy Pillars.
  • Lead and coordinate volunteer activities with employees, monitor and share reports as required.
  • Answer CSR-related queries and develop policies relating to ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CSR roles in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams across diverse sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
