About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

  • Develop annual fundraising targets, set key performance indicators, and provide transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Build relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors, driving growth and securing funding opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers to drive business development.
  • Mobilize an extended network of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.
Requirements
  • A strategic executor with 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Prior experience leading multi-crore, multi-year partnerships, raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs, and building lasting trust.
  • A compelling storyteller and sharp writer, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
