Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the general internal financial control within the organization. This includes monitoring and managing the financial transactions and compliances of subsidiaries abroad.

The job encompasses the following major functions:

  • Organization wide Finance & Account Management capability
  • Monitoring regulatory changes
  • Maintaining zero deviation on statutory compliances
  • Reviewing and monitoring financial transactions of subsidiaries
  • Formulating annual budgets
  • Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results
  • Implementing corrective actions
  • Ensuring integrity, risk awareness, and compliance to financial requirements
  • Enabling management to make sound business decisions and meet company objectives
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Effective cash flow management with timely receivable collections
  • Ensuring documentation and supporting are adequate
  • Managing team and delegating work appropriately
  • Monitoring project profitability status and taking corrective actions
  • People management
  • Providing supportive leadership
  • Motivating and directing team members
  • Effectively communicating and monitoring current activities and policies
  • Relationship management
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
