About the Role:
At Datamatics, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the BFSI sector. This challenging position offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to craft innovative strategies, maximize team potential, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and meet sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic proposals to acquire new customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT and Digital Services within Mumbai markets
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a plus
