We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NAND Product Development Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our SDV team, you will be responsible for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying new state-of-the-art NAND Flash memory products.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Analog VLSI Design, with a strong understanding of NAND product design development, validation, characterization, and qualification. Experience in simulation as well as debugging silicon signals from bench testing is essential.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution and improve validation and root cause understanding. Your expertise in mixed-signal VLSI, analog circuits, and digital logic will enable you to develop high-quality testbenches in SV, Verilog, and Verilog-AMS.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for individual learning and career growth in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify new NAND Flash memory products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution and improve validation and root cause understanding
  • Design and develop high-quality testbenches in SV, Verilog, and Verilog-AMS
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define, validate, and deliver product specifications and requirements

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Analog VLSI Design
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong foundation of mixed-signal VLSI, analog circuits, and digital logic
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in device modeling in TCAD and MATLAB
  • Strong fundamentals in Analog & VLSI design
  • Tools knowledge: Teradyne's Magnum, Verilog, Cadence Virtuoso, Oscilloscope
