We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NAND Device Engineer to join our Technology Development group in Hyderabad.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art NAND cell technology
  • Perform electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify device improvement directions
  • Enable cell improvements by providing feedback to the Process Integration and Cell teams
  • Trim and waveform/algorithm engineering to improve cell threshold voltage placement, performance, and reliability
  • Develop novel array solutions using first principles of device knowledge
  • Collaborate with product engineers, process engineers, and test engineers

 

Requirements

 

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Semiconductor devices
  • Strong understanding and experience with nonvolatile memories, particularly NAND device physics, and NAND cell trim and algo development
  • Solid communication and reporting abilities
  • Able to work in a time-constrained environment

 

Experience

 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Semiconductor Device Engineering
