This pivotal role is responsible for end-to-end management of business partner resources, guaranteeing asset availability and access approvals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a critical thinking approach to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Onboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for vendor resources within an organization, adhering to established procedures.
  • Guarantee asset availability, access approvals, and creation for all new resources.
  • Ensure timely creation and dispatch of purchase orders for resources to vendors.
  • Plan and coordinate trainings as per the teams' requirements to ensure resources are up-skilled.
  • Ensure compliance of the end-to-end process for resource onboarding.
Measures of Success
  • Ensuring Day 1 readiness of the resource.
  • Timely approvals for asset allocation and access creation.
  • Creating the relevant training plan for the resource.
Key Qualifications/Skills Required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in vendor management or resource onboarding for large businesses.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams; demonstrating strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker with strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable in a project-oriented environment, adept at handling large cross-functional projects, and able to influence key stakeholders through well-articulated strategies backed by metric-driven value statements.
