Job Title: CRM Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CRM Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining internal databases, sending marketing messages, communicating with leads, and following up on appointments.
Maintaining MIS of lead generation, email communication with vendors and internal departments, collating reports, and developing a marketing plan are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a good understanding of marketing strategies.
In addition, experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is preferred but not essential.
This role requires someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
