Key Revenue Assurance Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and prevent revenue loss.
  • Develop and maintain accurate invoices, analyze data, monitor systems, and investigate potential issues to identify areas where revenue is being lost.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant agreements, vendor/bank validation, and legal requirements related to revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective revenue-related processes.
  • Implement and maintain software and tools used for revenue assurance.
  • Lead a team responsible for accounts receivable.
  • Analyze stakeholder data and create interactive visualizations through effective data interpretation and analysis for revenue recognitions & collections.
  • Adjust pricing strategies based on demand and market conditions to maintain competitiveness and maximize revenue.
  • Manage bank cost computation, payments reconciliation, refund/credits/payment gateway charges, and statutory audits.
