Senior Marketing Strategist

About the Role

This position requires ownership of paid marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, ensure ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end performance marketing function, developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging technical expertise and market insights to drive results.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Build and manage high-quality performance marketing funnels, driving customer engagement and conversion.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large ad spends and driving business growth.
  • Deep expertise in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization, with strong analytical skills and experience in cohort analysis and performance dashboards.
