
Sales Performance Manager

The Sales Performance Manager is a key role that supports the sales team in achieving their goals. This position is responsible for managing data analysis, producing Management Information Systems (MIS) and data reports, and supporting vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales processes and performance metrics to drive business growth by analyzing sales data and identifying areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives, providing regular progress updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage sales reporting and analytics tools to provide insights and support data-driven decision making, including creating dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Produce and support MIS/Data reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis to keep stakeholders informed about sales performance and trends.
- Handle vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage sales operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction, utilizing project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with sales team members and cross-functional teams to support and meet sales objectives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication across departments.
To succeed as a Sales Performance Manager, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, with expertise in configuring and customizing the platform, as well as data analysis and report management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report management, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, using these tools to extract insights from large datasets and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
