Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Bikaner. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within their assigned territory. Daily tasks include meeting with potential and existing customers, developing sales strategies, providing training to sales teams, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales experience and sales management skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience in training sales teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
