About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled performance marketing expert to contribute to our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our advertising campaigns across multiple marketplaces.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and scaling ad campaigns across various formats to optimize performance, increase brand visibility, and maximize sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics, and take data-driven decisions to improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement keyword strategies, bid strategies, and targeting methods to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to inform decision-making.
  • Utilize Amazon's advertising tools, reporting systems, and third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to allocate and optimize advertising budgets across multiple product lines.
  • Work with the sales and product teams to align advertising goals with overall sales objectives.
  • Share actionable recommendations with senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
