Zone Operations Manager

A successful Zone Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of multiple centers. This involves ensuring seamless execution and productivity while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.

You will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across centers and designing and executing zonal marketing campaigns.

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities, is essential for the success of this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills. You will lead and manage center heads and their teams. Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching for individual and team effectiveness is also a key responsibility of this role.

A culture of collaboration and continuous professional development is essential in our organization. You will create an environment that fosters teamwork and encourages employees to develop their skills and abilities.

Budget management is a critical aspect of this role. You will prepare and manage budgets effectively and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Financial planning and analysis are key responsibilities of this role. You will track center-wise performance metrics and align resources for optimum utilization.

Effective communication is vital in this role. You will act as a communication bridge between corporate offices and center teams. Regularly collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes is also a key responsibility.

Operational performance and financial results will be submitted regularly. Reporting on these metrics will help us understand our strengths and weaknesses and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
