We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Lease Management team.

About the Role
  • This entry-level role is ideal for recent law graduates looking to build a career in corporate legal operations, particularly in lease and contract management.
  • The candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lease Queries, Sorted with Precision: Receive and process lease-related queries and review requests via the designated channel.
  2. Categorize and prioritize inquiries related to office, residential, and vehicle leases.
  3. Legal Review of Lease Agreements: Assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements.
  4. Provide feedback based on internal guidelines and legal standards.
  5. Collaborate Across Borders, Review with Confidence: Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.
  6. Ensure all communications are compliant and approvals are properly documented.
  7. Power the Approval Pipeline: Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from Directors, Managing Directors, Regional Legal Directors, and the Executive Committee.
  8. Seal the Deal – Signature Support Specialist: Facilitate the signing process by identifying appropriate signatories (local or regional).
  9. Assist in securing signatures from Regional Legal Directors when required.
  10. Compliance Starts with the Right Form: Prepare Lease Sign Off Forms (LSOF) for office leases signed regionally due to local mandates.
  11. Ensure forms are signed by authorized personnel.
  12. Keep It Clean – Lease Records That Speak for Themselves: Maintain organized records of all signed lease agreements for audit and compliance purposes.
  13. Global Conversations, Local Impact: Interacting with stakeholders globally on lease related matters and assisting them.
  14. Due Diligence Done Right: Collect and verify due diligence documents from landlords when applicable, including:
  15. Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) or equivalents.
  16. Climate Risk Assessments.
  17. Vehicle Certificates of Conformity and Recyclability.

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent)
  • Organizational Skill: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Communication Skill: Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Professional Skill: Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided)
