The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying and capitalizing on regional opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams across the region.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
• Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 5 years of working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
• Strong background in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
• Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes.
• Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment.
• Solid People leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
