As we expand aggressively into India and Southeast Asia, we are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts and help drive measurable results at scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Google Ads expert who can manage high-budget, multi-country campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has managed six-figure monthly ad spends, understands full-funnel performance marketing, and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

Manage and scale monthly ad budgets exceeding $100,000

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Leverage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs to ensure data integrity

Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to align performance with business goals

Provide reporting and strategic insights to regional leadership

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads at scale

Proven success handling ad budgets from $100,000 to $300,000+/month

Strong skills in audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization

Expert in GA4, GTM, and multi-market attribution models

Experience in FMCG, beverage, or wellness industry is a major plus

Fluent in English; experience working across Asian markets (especially India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore) is preferred
