Job Opportunity: Business Leadership

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee business and people performance, and spearhead critical initiatives. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute meaningfully to business decisions through insightful inputs and in-depth analysis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience needs to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals.
  • Create an ecosystem for successful design experiences for both internal teams and customers.
  • Ensure high-quality design closure for Livspace products and services.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team happiness.
  • Serve as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, providing continuous feedback to enhance the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out management or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • A structured thought process and analytical ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting experience.
  • Possesses significant personal and professional drive to improve design and design experiences.
  • A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, including hiring, retaining, motivating, and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent tracking and training abilities, with a focus on coaching team members and course correcting performance.
  • Customer empathy and a willingness to appreciate customer problems and provide trustworthy guidance.
