Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and making recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Liaising with team managers and technicians on quality issues is also a key aspect of this role.
  • You will identify the root cause and report to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
  • The EV Maintenance Manager will liaise with you on technical and quality issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electric vehicles using tablets and online programming is essential.
  • You will perform quality checks and ensure compliance with regulations after each repair.
  • Providing support on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary is also required.
  • You may also be asked to perform other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of electric vehicles using tablets and online programming.
  • Liaising with team managers and technicians on quality issues.
  • Identifying root causes and reporting to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
  • Performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with regulations after each repair.
  • Providing support on parts technical issues and warranty claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering).
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
