Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and making recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
- Liaising with team managers and technicians on quality issues is also a key aspect of this role.
- You will identify the root cause and report to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
- The EV Maintenance Manager will liaise with you on technical and quality issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electric vehicles using tablets and online programming is essential.
- You will perform quality checks and ensure compliance with regulations after each repair.
- Providing support on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary is also required.
- You may also be asked to perform other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of electric vehicles using tablets and online programming.
- Liaising with team managers and technicians on quality issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
