Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, Furniture Manufacturers, and Project Management Consultants.
  • Possess excellent networking skills, with fluency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Effectively coordinate between Clients and Teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, specify finishes, and comprehend machinery operations.
  • Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets through strategic planning and effective time management.
  • Promote and develop business opportunities for new products in the architectural, PMC, furniture, and interior design industries.
  • Utilize MS Outlook and MS Excel efficiently to manage projects and data analysis.
  • Lead teams, take charge of projects, and expand the team as business grows through innovative leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Handle client calls, estimate and send quotations, confirm estimations, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong networking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Leadership and project management skills with experience in team expansion.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
