We are looking for a full-time Relationship Manager (Renewal sales) - Edtech to join our passionate team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retaining, renewing, and referring students
- Engaging and preserving existing customers while cultivating profitable relationships
- Interacting with customers via calls and messages
- Achieving monthly targets in a highly performance-driven environment
- Maintaining feedback from parents and taking timely action
- Proficiency in English communication and written skills
- Computer Science or technical background preferred
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales preferred (min 6 months)
- Exceptional communicator and influencer
- Result-driven with experience in target-centric roles
- Self-learner with high grasping ability
