Senior Growth Strategist Job Description

As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities. Your primary goal is to ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.

Strategic Business Growth:

  • Take ownership of growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and drive sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Effective Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
  • Manage and support the institutions during the initial stages of adoption.

Client Success:

  • Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.

Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Skillset:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
    • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
