We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented intern to join our People team as a Work Experience Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our people-first culture is translated into everyday operations, providing seamless experiences for our employees.

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on our attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries systems.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate our company policies in line with our async-first and side-gig-friendly culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.
