Job Title: Creative User Experience Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative User Experience Specialist to spearhead our product design efforts. This role requires an individual with a strong vision for delivering impactful digital experiences, leveraging creativity, and attention to detail.

This specialist will be responsible for crafting user-centric interfaces and product flows that harmonize innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine digital product design (applications, websites, and integrations) to meet evolving user needs.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces that embody our brand's essence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Maintain consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to inform design improvements.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team to follow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design with a portfolio that showcases innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Able to distill complex business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset for working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A robust portfolio featuring relevant project examples that demonstrate expertise.
