  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance is key.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program and assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs are also essential responsibilities.
  • Decision support through HR metrics, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management will be provided.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills, build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, and utilise your knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices.

Requirements & Skills:
  • A proven track record as an HR Manager or other HR Executive will be required.
  • You must be people-oriented and results-driven, with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases, along with the ability to architect strategy, will be highly valued.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • You must possess competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • An in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices will also be necessary.
