
Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, informed, and positively memorable journey for our clients from inquiry to enrolment.
The ideal candidate will excel at interacting with people, solving problems, and creating meaningful client experiences while meeting performance targets.
- Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide clear and concise information about health transformation programs.
- Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with internal coaching teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
- Support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
- Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.
- Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
- Meet monthly client conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
