Job Role

 

  • We seek a Digital Experience Specialist with in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Target Platform to drive customer satisfaction across digital channels.
Main Responsibilities

 

  • A minimum of 4-9 years of experience in digital marketing and hands-on implementation expertise in Adobe Target is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading simple Adobe Analytics implementations across web, mobile, and apps.
  • They should be able to develop reports and dashboards tailored to client needs using Adobe Analytics and Target.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for advising on testing protocols and practices.
  • Experience in creating experience activities, A/B, multi-variate testing & experimentation testing is highly desirable.
  • Additionally, they should possess expertise in recommendations activities & automated personalization.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a must.
  • Proficiency in integrating Target with sites and Analytics tools is required.
  • The selected candidate will troubleshoot and fix configuration and integration issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in cross-product integration (e.g. Target – Campaign, Target – AAM) is highly valued.
  • Solution design, RFP, and client interaction skills are necessary.
  • Nice-to-have skills include data visualization experience with workspace, report builder, PowerBi, Tableau, Optimizely experience & Google analytics.
  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum should be familiar.
  • Mobility tagging experience is an advantage.
