About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in the chemical specialties sector. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer service, technical support, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, improve existing ones, and address customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales and technical service, preferably in the chemical specialty field.
  • Proven track record of success in value selling, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
