Job Title: Sales Director for Affordable Housing Initiatives

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our affordable housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and ongoing training.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the affordable housing market, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly analyze sales metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure that all sales practices adhere to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of X years experience in sales management within the financial services industry, particularly in home loans or LAP.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and fostering team performance.
  • Indepth knowledge of the affordable housing sector and related lending products.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
