Job Title: Finance Director

As a key member of the Executive Committee, the Finance Director will champion, develop, and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand's business strategy, focusing on financial and accounting activities and delivering desirable financial results.
  • Provide financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, while maximizing return on investment.
  • Engage in strategic planning and decision-making, analyzing information, forecasting sales against expenses, and creating annual budget plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan, aligned with the company's and brand's strategic direction.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating department's actual and projected sales, and producing accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business.
Requirements:
  • CA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in the area of accounting, preferably with the hotel industry.
