Job Title: Strategic Sales Director for Affordable Housing
Job Summary: We're seeking an ambitious and experienced sales leader to drive our Home Loan and Loan Against Property initiatives within the affordable segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and ongoing training.
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the affordable housing market, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Regularly analyze sales metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and drive strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of X years experience in sales management within the financial services industry, particularly in home loans or LAP.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and fostering team performance.
- Indepth knowledge of the affordable housing sector and related lending products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
