Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage the movement of goods and materials across supply chain networks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and experience in logistics planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the flow of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and internal teams to optimize transportation costs and efficiency.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork as required.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize transportation costs and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements for logistics operations.
- Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate reverse logistics for returns, repairs, or replacements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and transportation regulations is an advantage.
