About the Job

The Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Hindi and English. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including primary and secondary transportation, and import logistics
  • Arrange trucks and plan loading based on daily and weekly delivery plans, ensuring real-time tracking of shipments until final delivery
  • Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines by implementing effective logistics solutions
  • Maintain and regularly update logistics databases and systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree with 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures is an added advantage
