Role & responsibilities

Bachelor's degrees from a recognized university

Work Experience of more than 10+ years in total as International Oil and Gas EPC Contractor's home office Logistics Coordinator for Equipment and Material being sourced from international suppliers, required for plant facility. Duration of total experience could be less than 5 years, if it could be substituted by the below, but majority should be as Logistics Coordinator of EPC Contractor:

  • Logistics Coordinator of International Freight Forwarder

  • Maritime Engineer of Breakbulk Shipping Carrier

  • Transport Engineer of Heavy haul Transporter

  • Overall Logistics Planning and Control

  • Issue Project Shipping Specifications and Procedures

  • Project Shipping Execution both offshore and onshore

Preferred candidate profile

A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.

-Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work.

-Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements.

-The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team.

-Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others.

-High attention to detail and proactive follow up.

-The willingness to take responsibility as delegated and make decisions at appropriate times within the authority level.

-Striving for excellence in efficiency, safety and profitability.

-Basic understanding for international trade terms and shipping terms as Logistics Coordinator.

-Deep underling for the shipping execution for ocean transportation, air transportation, multimodal transportation, inland transportation, customs formalities and duty exemption scheme for Plant Facility.
