Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Leader to spearhead our Transactions practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team, shape the growth of our practice, and contribute to our firm's core leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deal execution and post-closing integration, ensuring seamless transitions, synergy realization, and long-term value creation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transaction negotiations, due diligence, and document drafting;
  • Oversee process integration, financial system implementation, and compliance;
  • Manage separation and carve-out activities;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with frameworks such as Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and tax regulations;
  • Support clients with closing balance sheet preparation, purchase price allocation, and consolidation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory;
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP;
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs;
  • Strong expertise in deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and operational integration.
