Acquire and Engage Senior-Level Executives

As a Delegate and Speaker Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving participation at international events and conferences.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring each event delivers a high-value experience with the right mix of industry leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strong communication skills, persistence, and ability to build relationships with senior executives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Delegate Acquisition:
      • Identify and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains through targeted research and outreach efforts.
      • Drive registrations for international conferences and forums by showcasing the value proposition of these events.
    • Speaker Acquisition:
      • Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas, highlighting their expertise and relevance.
      • Pitch event value propositions and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers by emphasizing the benefits of participating in the event.
    • Community Engagement:
      • Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events by providing exceptional customer service and support.
      • Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling) and ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building and relationship management.
