Job Description:

The Contracts Administrator role is a key component of our organization's contractual management process. This position involves creating, validating and processing contract documentation using standard templates and in accordance with established policies and business approvals.

Responsibilities:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with various teams across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk. This includes collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal and other groups to validate contracts and resolve complex contracting scenarios.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is crucial for this role.
  • Drafting Standard Contractual Documents: Experience in drafting and negotiating contractual agreements is essential.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are required to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is vital.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other office tools is necessary for success in this role.
