Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned contract management expert with deep expertise in international arbitration, contract management and operational risk mitigation within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Arbitration: Lead and manage international arbitration proceedings, ensuring alignment with global legal standards and corporate interests.
  • Contract Management: End-to-end drafting, review and negotiation of high-value commercial contracts. Vetting contracts from a legal and risk perspective, ensuring compliance and enforceability.
  • Claims & Risk Mitigation: Review and manage legal claims, including vessel claims and operational disputes. Analyse potential liabilities and implement strategies for cost reduction and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a large, listed manufacturing company.
