Job Title: Business Contract Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled business contract specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial agreements for various business entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: You will draft and review commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and more.
  • Negotiation and Execution: You will negotiate and execute commercial contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Analyzing Critical Clauses: You will analyze and summarize critical clauses in executed contracts to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Providing Expert Advice: You will provide expert advice to the business, finance, and operations teams on contract-related matters.
  • Cultivating Relationships: You will cultivate existing relationships by executing documentation for renewals, variations, and closures.
  • Research and Record Keeping: You will conduct research and prepare notes on key legal aspects of business transactions and manage and maintain accurate records of contracts and related metrics.
