Chief Contract Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Associate/Senior Legal Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly in contract law and compliance.
- Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting legal research and supporting the preparation of briefs and reports.
- Mitigating contractual risks and optimizing terms that protect the organization's interests.
The successful candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Minimum 1+ years of experience for Senior Associate and 2+ years of experience for Legal Associate.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly in contract law and compliance.
