
Specialty Segment Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to successfully launch and manage assigned brands in the specialty segment. The role requires strong expertise in premium brand selling, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and driving patient adoption in alignment with the brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully launch assigned brands in the specialty segment as per brand strategy.
- Drive consistent achievement of patients on therapy, unit, and value targets.
- Ensure optimal customer coverage and strengthen KOL relationships in the assigned territory.
- Initiate and execute compliant medico-marketing activities to support brand visibility and adoption.
- Proactively plan and implement immediate and medium-term business strategies for the region.
- Monitor distribution channels to ensure seamless product availability and high-quality services for all stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to Head Office.
- Recommend actionable strategies to optimize performance in line with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialty segment sales.
- Proven track record of selling premium brands is essential.
- Strong relationship management skills with KOLs and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
