Therapy Launch Expert
We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead the successful introduction and growth of assigned premium brands in a specialty therapy segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and establish assigned brands in the specialty therapy segment, aligning with overall brand strategy.
- Drive patient acquisition and consistently meet therapy adoption, unit, and value targets.
- Ensure comprehensive customer coverage and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute compliant medico-marketing initiatives to enhance therapy adoption.
- Manage distribution channels and ensure smooth service delivery to stakeholders.
- Develop business plans for the region, collecting and analyzing market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialty segment sales, preferably in the pharma/healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of selling premium brands in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of therapy-driven business models and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with strong business planning capabilities.
- MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution, specializing in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is an added advantage.
