Job Title: Human Resource LeaderAs a Human Resource Leader, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our business in India. Your primary responsibility will be to enable and support the growth of our team in India, enhance our employer brand, and provide excellent HR services and administration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Employer Branding: Implement and enhance our employer brand in India to attract top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with our partner ANSR to attract and hire new team members.
  • Onboarding: Organize and ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Cultural Adaptation: Cope with cultural differences and other challenges associated with fast-paced market and competitors.
Employee Retention:
  • Stable Operations: Establish stable local HR operations and processes.
  • Attractive Benefits: Offer attractive benefits to retain existing employees.
Personal Development:
  • Training and Learning: Support the definition of relevant training and learning opportunities for local team members.
  • L&D Processes: Execute or support relevant L&D processes locally.
  • Talent Development: Set-up necessary talent development processes and measures for local team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled in a compliant and timely manner.
  • HR Support: Provide support to local team and supervisors in all HR matters.
  • HR Business Partner: Act as HR Business Partner for the business and management of the office in India.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • HR Expertise: Strong expertise and work experience in the field of HR in a global company.
  • SaaS or Digital Consulting: Ideally in the field of SaaS or digital consulting.
  • Recruiting Channels: Very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India.
  • Local Network: Existing network to local headhunters/recruiting agencies.
  • High-Volume Recruiting: Experience with high-volume recruiting together with an external service provider.
  • Payroll Experience: Payroll experience.
  • Indian Employment Laws: Extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
