Job Title: Seller Enablement Strategist
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to drive the success of our third-party sellers on a leading online marketplace. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing sellers with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Seller Performance Improvement: Develop and implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies to improve seller performance, retention, and satisfaction on the marketplace.
  • Pain Point Identification and Resolution: Identify key seller pain points and opportunities, then design scalable solutions and resources to address them.
  • Feature Adoption and Advocacy: Drive the adoption of new marketplace features, tools, and services among sellers.
  • Seller-Facing Content Creation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality, actionable seller-facing content, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key seller performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful programs that drive business growth
