Enterprise Solutions Strategist
Join a dynamic organization and make a lasting impact as an Enterprise Solutions Strategist. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the enterprise-wide platform architecture and technical roadmap.
  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards.
  • Lead the integration of the proposed platform with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to teams in designing high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate new platform functionalities and third-party modules, and recommend their adoption to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.

Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience:
  • ~10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role.
Skills:
  • Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Education:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA is a plus.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow in multiple industries or large/global environments.
