Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift administrator to lead our platform operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, API objects, and Operators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cluster capacity, performance, and scaling. They will also plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture changes.

In addition, the chosen candidate will develop automation scripts and tooling for platform management using Ansible, Helm, and Operators.

The role requires strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks. The candidate should also have experience with container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Linux administration.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in OpenShift (v4 preferred).
  • Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes internals, API objects, and Operators.
  • Strong knowledge of container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.
  • Experience with automation and GitOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux).
