Job Title: Proposal Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Strategist to join our team.

Description:

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts. You will support the proposal lifecycle by researching, strategizing and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our creative model, capabilities and business impact.

  • Manage the entire proposal process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and create a positive impact on our proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, and creative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Ability to leverage technology to streamline research tasks and day-to-day activities.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure proposal governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track proposal performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
